Shaina Rotstein, M.A., CCC-SLP
Director

 Shaina's commitment to connecting with each child is a driving force behind her therapy.  She has been practicing for over 18 years, treating children with a range of communication profiles.  Her specific interests include establishing spoken language with nonverbal children, teaching children diagnosed on the Autism Spectrum to be more natural communicators, and helping adolescents with social pragmatic difficulties to navigate their social world. Brianna DeLiso, M.A., CCC-SLP

 Brianna is an ASHA certified Speech-Language Pathologist who enjoys collaborating with the families and professional teams of the children she services. Prior to joining the Talk of The Town team, Brianna honed her skill set working in schools, homes, and outpatient clinics providing treatment to children presenting with an array of disorders including, but not limited to, Cognitive Deficits, Executive Functioning deficits, and Expressive and Receptive Language Delay. She has experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Apraxia of Speech, Down Syndrome, and Cerebral Palsy.  Brianna’s warmth and energy make learning fun and motivating and fosters success in each child. Brianna received her M.A. from Montclair State University and holds licensure in New York.

Kristina is an ASHA- certified Speech- Language Pathologist who is passionate about providing individualized services to help each child to meet their greatest communicative potential. She has worked with individuals with a broad range of needs, including pragmatics, cognition/
executive functioning, expressive and receptive language, articulation and phonology, feeding/swallowing, and literacy. Kristina has worked in a variety of settings, including homes, schools, inpatient and outpatient clinics, and remote learning. She has worked with individuals aged 2 - 18+, with a vast range of communicative profiles and diagnoses, not limited to Autism Spectrum disorder, Down syndrome, Apraxia of Speech, and intellectual disability. Kristina earned her Master of Science in Communication Disorders and Sciences at SUNY New Paltz, and is licensed to practice in New York State.

Nicole Taccariello, M.S, CCC-SLP

 Nicole is an ASHA-certified Speech-Language Pathologist, committed to building trusting relationships with her patients and creating lasting connections to encourage an effective therapeutic environment. She has experience working with children with a range of communication disorders, including expressive & receptive language, articulation & phonology and feeding/swallowing. She has experience working closely with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in the early intervention and outpatient setting. Nicole earned her BA in Communication Science Disorders and Human Development & Family Studies from the University of Connecticut and her MS in Speech-Language Pathology from New York Medical College. She is licensed to practice in both New York and Connecticut. Nicole is motivated to meet each child's specific needs and make speech therapy a fun and enjoyable experience for the children she treats. Outside of Talk of the Town, Nicole enjoys baking, painting, spending time with her family and going on hikes across the Hudson Valley.


Blaine Taub, M.S., CCC-SLP

Blaine is an ASHA certified, New York State licensed Speech-Language Pathologist who has dedicated her career to providing an individualized, dynamically functional, natural yet goal-oriented, and enriching approach to speech therapy. She received her BA from Ithaca College and MA from New York Medical College. Blaine has over 5 years of experience in the sub-acute rehabilitation setting working with adults with speech-language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders. Her ultimate goal has always been to be the driving force for her clients to achieve their highest level of effective communication and become actively independent in their everyday lives. Committed to helping each client meet their personal goals, she works hand-in-hand with families to foster the highest level of achievement. ​

Megan Angiolillo, M.S., CCC-SLP

Megan is an ASHA-certified Speech-Language Pathologist with a commitment to bringing compassionate speech therapy to every child she treats. She has experience working with children with a range of communication disorders, including expressive & receptive language, articulation & phonology, pragmatics, and feeding/swallowing. She has treated special populations such as auditory processing, hearing impairments, motor speech disorders, literacy, and dual language learners. Megan also has considerable experience working closely with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in both the public and private school settings. Megan earned her BS in Behavioral Science at York College of Pennsylvania and her MS in Communication Disorders from Southern Connecticut State University. She is licensed to practice in both New York and Connecticut. Megan runs the Parent as Partners Mommy and Me Classes along with preschool programs offered at Talk of The Town.
